DJ Wizard - Physical Inventory

The Physical Inventory is designed to help you make full count of every carat of stone and jewelry piece. It makes long and tedious work, fast, simple, fun and 100% accurate. It can be facilitated with both a bar code reader connected to your PC, or a hand-held readed that can scan merchandise off site and later transfer it automatically to your PC for automatic counting.

Physical Inventory

Focus on diamonds, color stones or jewelry.
Select by Shape/Type or location (like show case number).
Reconcile your computer inventory with the physical items like in a supermarket.
Set locations for merchandise automatically by just scanning the pieces for each location.
Print items in excess on your computer or missing from it.
Review jewelry images of items you are missing from your physical inventory.
Scan items using a laser barcode reader or hand-held device (see images on right).
Automatically transfer items scanned on a hand held bar code reader.

Locations

Record/set physical loaction of merchandise (like, showcase A, B, C1, etc). When used in conjunction with the Physical Invenmtory, it allows you to set or count items in each loaction and inspect several loactions at once. This is a great time saving utility.
