Contact Manager

The ability to track your merchandise and follow up on clients notes and reminders has been added into this application starting from DJ Wizard 2000 version. A user/Salesperson can focus on his/her notes and reminders or, alternatively, switch the all the notes/reminders for a specific client. So, if you cannot sit ideal waiting for your clients to call you, it is time to open the Contact Manager and have it help you initiate business based on prior conversations with any client. Suppose you are awaiting a payment to arrive on Monday but it is Tuesday now and you did not receive the payment. Or let's say a client told you that he is going to be out of town for 2 weeks, and when he comes back, he wants to purchase something from you then. Set up the Contact Manger reminder to help you be reminded of the date you must call.

  • Focus by Salesperson or by client.
  • Select the Smart Agenda to have it remind you of all open notes, which are due, past due, or need your attention now.
  • Select a client and write a note to remind you in, say, 3 weeks (or any number of days or months).
  • Select a client and view his/her details, such as address, fax no, store type or JBT rating.
  • Click the Dial button to dial to your client directly from your computer.
  • Custom Select allows you to specify the "Status" and "when" notes be shown.
  • Smart Agenda has 7 options to select notes by.
