We offer free telephone support for the first year. In addition, DJW offers the most advanced support with fast access to your PC through the Internet to troubleshoot any issues, or to provide you with added functionality. This support requires Quarterly or Yearly support contract (DSL connection with pcANYWHERE or Remote Desktop capabilities are required).

Free Training

We offer 4 hours of computer to computer training with your purchase, via remote access or pcAnywhere. Because DJ Wizard is so intuitive, you'll be able to start working immediately. You can substitute any portion of your free training time for new features or DJ Wizard modules you may wish to add.

Installation

DJ Wizard installation is free of charge on the server and $75 per additional machine and free if we provide you with our HSSP.
