As a DJW, Inc. client, you are invited to explore web
support option. We offer two ways to get you the help you when needed.
First, report of a new problem or add a new request On-Line. It allows
you to enter the subject, specify the urgency and describe the issue in question.
Second, you can access your account at any time to check the status
of existing issues or review current orders. To access your account,
you need to have your company account number and a password.
If you don't have a password or forgot your password, call us.

Find My IP Address
Click here to find out what is your current external IP address.
- If you want anyone to connect to your PC, give them this IP address.
- If they still cannot connect to you, you may want to use Call Remote option on your Host of pcAnywhere.
Be sure to find out the remote machine's IP address first and then have the remote machine wait for your call.
